Each rug on this website is a single, unique piece. Listings show the rug's item number, details, and price in US dollars.

• Adding a rug to your bag does not place an order.
• Every order needs a shipping quote. Send a request from your bag with your delivery ZIP or postal code and country.
• We reply by email with the shipping cost and confirm availability before you pay. This website does not take payment before that quote.
• A quote request does not reserve a rug. Each rug is one of a kind, so availability is confirmed in our reply.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery when the rug is in its original condition. The buyer pays return shipping. Please contact us before sending a return so we can give you return instructions.
