Privacy Policy

When you send a message or request a shipping quote, we receive:

• your name and email address;
• your phone number, if you choose to give it;
• your message;
• the item numbers of the rugs you ask about or have in your bag;
• for shipping quotes, the delivery ZIP or postal code and country you include in your message.

We use this information to reply to you, prepare your shipping quote, and confirm availability.

Our embedded inquiry form is provided by HighLevel. It sends your submission to our team and keeps a record so we can reply. The form uses spam protection. The rug website does not store your message in the master inventory or write it to application logs.

The rugs in your bag are saved in your browser's local storage on your device. To show current prices and availability, the item numbers in your bag are sent to our server. Your bag is not sent to us as a request until you submit a shipping quote request.

This website uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, provided by our hosting platform, to measure page visits and site performance.

Our forms do not ask for payment card details. Payment is arranged only after we have sent you a shipping quote.

The staff sign-in area uses a session cookie for staff accounts. It is not used for shoppers.

For questions about information you have sent us, contact us.
