Shipping Quotes
- Every order needs a shipping quote before payment.
- Add the rugs you are interested in to your bag and send a shipping quote request with your delivery ZIP or postal code and country.
- We reply by email with the shipping cost and confirm that the rugs are still available. You pay only after you have received that quote.
- A quote request does not reserve a rug. Each rug is one of a kind, so availability is confirmed in our reply.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- The rug must be in its original condition.
- The buyer pays return shipping.
- Please contact us before sending a return so we can give you return instructions.
